This year I'm going to do the exact same thing except use the low carb noodles and try butter + powdery parm cheese + almond flour to create 'breadcrumbs', plus I'm going to throw in a teaspoon of mustard powder. Measurements, on the panko I couldn't tell you, I'm more of a 'see and smell' cooker than a measure cooker. I also didn't notice panko breadcrumbs in this recipe but I absolutely used a melted butter with panko as a top layer and baked it to golden perfection.
